Start at the "Menu" page.
1) Select a category from the menu list and the items available in that category will be displayed.
Type in how many of a particular item you would like and click the “Add” button to add these to your shopping cart. The cart is displayed in the top right-hand-side of the page, and it will update as you select your items.
When you have selected all your items, hover over or click the shopping cart and it will display your selected items. You can make changes to your cart here, or click the "Go To CHECKOUT" button to proceed to the next step.
2) The next step is to enter your delivery and billing details. Start by selecting the area to which you would like the meals to be delivered. This will then display your cart contents (can be updated here as well) and a form to fill in your billing and delivery details.
Please note the following:
- Billing details are mandatory. The delivery address is only necessary if the delivery is going to a different address.
- Billing email address and confirmation email address must match (case sensitive).
- Select a delivery date, or collection date if you are collecting your order. (We have discontinued same-day deliveries. Deliveries for the following day must be placed before 4pm)
- Select a payment method: E.F.T. or C.O.D. (Credit Card option not available for deliveries)
Click the "Submit Order" Button.
3) The final page will display a confirmation of your order and the details you supplied for billing and delivery. We will also send you a confirmation email. If you cannot find it please check your "JUNK" or "SPAM" folder. If you still cannot find it please contact us: info@reachcafe.co.za
